Dina Ricketts is an experienced customer service professional with a background in various roles within the customer service sector. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at NCMIC Group, Inc. since August 2017, Dina is responsible for assisting customers and coordinating with production teams. Previous experience includes positions as a Customer Service Representative at FIELD PAPER CO. and as a Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay. Additionally, Dina worked as a Production Coordinator at Gannett Newspapers, where responsibilities included supporting customer needs and ensuring quality in ad production processes. Dina holds an Associate Degree in Marketing and Management from Des Moines Area Community College.
