Shelbie Simmons is a skilled software developer with extensive experience at NCMIC since December 2016, where Shelbie currently serves as a Team Lead and Senior Software Developer. In this role, Shelbie has directed teams in goal-setting and performance evaluations while mentoring staff through innovative learning strategies. Shelbie has designed and developed cloud-based applications using agile methodologies and has a strong background in full-stack development. Prior experience includes roles at Winning Solutions, Inc., where Shelbie focused on web application development. Shelbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Iowa State University and an Associate of Arts in General Education from Indian Hills Community College.
