Ross Gargett

Ross Gargett is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in software engineering and project leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at Ncontracts since September 2020, Ross has successfully developed an integration between on-premise Active Directory and an internal user system, achieving a significant performance enhancement. Prior experience includes a role as Project Lead at Banc Intranets LLC from March 2015 to September 2020, where Ross managed software development projects, mentored junior developers, and led the creation of a mobile application using Xamarin Forms. Ross also has foundational experience in software debugging and maintenance, coupled with roles in various assistants and counseling positions.
