Leisa Weintraub began their work experience in 1986 as a Marketing Director at Bay Venture, where they played a key role in the development of one of the first master planned communities in the Sarasota area. During this time, they focused on the development of Prestancia, a prestigious golf course community.
In 1992, Leisa joined Neal Communities of Southwest Florida, Inc. as the Vice President Marketing Creative Director. Leisa has been involved in this role ever since.
Leisa Weintraub attended Florida State University's College of Business from 1975 to 1979. During this time, they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
