Douglas Turner

Douglas Turner is a highly experienced engineering leader in the electronics and mechatronics sectors, currently serving as the Director of System Engineering at Neapco since October 2021. In this role, Douglas oversees the Electronic Propulsion Technology team, driving process improvements to align with ASIL D and ASPICE 3 standards. Prior to Neapco, Douglas held various senior positions at CNH Industrial, including Global Director of Electrical and Electronic Components, where leadership focused on the development of electrical systems and resource expansion in India. Douglas's career also includes significant contributions at Dana Incorporated and Delphi, where responsibilities encompassed technical due diligence, electronics integration, and manufacturing engineering. Douglas holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
