Phil Kennedy is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in electronics technology and engineering management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Electronics Technology at NEAPCO since September 2019, Phil has previously held the position of Vice President of Engineering at O-film Tech Co., Ltd from February 2016 to August 2019. Phil's career began at TRW as a Product Engineer I, followed by a long tenure at N.S. International, Ltd, where various roles spanned from Application Engineer to Division Manager specializing in Design Engineering. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University, earned between 1995 and 2000.
