Paula Nickolds

Paula Nickolds currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The White Company and holds several prominent positions including Non-Executive Chair at The Beauty Tech Group and Advisory Board Chair at NearSt. As an ambassador for Smart Works Charity, Paula supports initiatives that empower unemployed and vulnerable women in their job search. Previously, Paula was the General Merchandise Commercial Director at Sainsbury's and a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company, where expertise in digital transformation and consumer-centric strategy was applied. Paula's extensive career at John Lewis, spanning over two decades, included roles from Graduate Trainee to Managing Director, demonstrating strong leadership in product development, omni-channel strategies, and commercial success. Paula has served as a non-executive director for the GDST and as a trustee for the John Lewis Foundation, complementing a solid educational background that includes a B.A. (Hons) in History from the University of Southampton and further studies at IESE Business School.
