Before joining The Neat Company, Andrew worked at Cross Country TravCorps as a Software Engineer from June 2000 to July 2004. Andrew began their professional journey at Creative Business Technologies as a Junior Engineer in May 1999 and stayed until June 2000.

Andrew Schaps graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering.
