Nicole Potalivo began their work experience in 2007 as a Lead Best Buy Mobile Sales Consultant at Best Buy, where they provided unbiased information and services for major cell phone carriers. In 2014, they joined The Neat Company as a Lead Technical Support Representative and Technical Writer, troubleshooting various issues and handling escalations. Nicole later became a Customer Care Manager in 2018, responsible for managing support teams, improving customer experience, and maintaining support documentation. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Success Director at The Neat Company.
