Javier Benavides

Javier Benavides is a technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and innovation. As Co-founder and CTO of Neatpagos since January 2019, Javier has been instrumental in driving technological advancements. Prior experience includes a role as Software Engineer - Innovation at LATAM Airlines, where Javier specialized in managing and automating new processes, leveraging RPAs, cloud computing, and machine learning. Javier also contributed as a Software Engineer at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, developing a tool for the “Laboratorio Seguro” project, and co-founded Optimum BPM, focusing on process automation and data analysis. Educational background includes a degree in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
