Alexandra Courvoisier currently serves as the Global Head of HR at Neauvia, a role held since April 2022, where responsibilities include building and leading the HR department and overseeing HR functions across 13 entities in 11 countries while reporting to the Deputy CEO. Prior to joining Neauvia, Alexandra spent nearly 18 years at JTI (Japan Tobacco International), where roles included HQ Human Resources Business Partner, Global Mobility Manager, and positions focused on HR leadership in various regions including North Africa and the Middle East. Alexandra's education includes a Business Certificate from Suffolk University and training from the Business Swiss School Emilie Gourd.
