Liz Ackroyd

Liz Ackroyd is an accomplished communications professional with a diverse background spanning various roles in corporate communications, marketing, and journalism. Currently serving as Corporate Communications Manager and Internal Communications Specialist at NEC Australia since April 2023, Liz previously held significant positions at Deloitte, where responsibilities included Partner and Employee Senior Communications Consultant. Prior to Deloitte, Liz led Marketing Communications and Operations at Advanced Surgicare and worked as a Secondary Teacher for the NSW Department of Education. Liz's journalism experience includes serving as a journalist for News Corp Australia and various UK newspapers and magazines. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Charles Sturt University, with ongoing studies in Management and Leadership at TAFE NSW.
