Paul Bean

Paul Bean is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at NEC Australia since September 2012. Previously, Paul held key roles including WA Recruitment Manager at Ajilon, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end recruitment for IT and business consulting staff across various sectors. As the Director of Prospect Recruitment, Paul established the agency as a preferred supplier under the State Government’s Common Use Arrangement, managing diverse assignments from blue collar to senior management positions. Additionally, Paul served as Regional Director at Interim Technology, overseeing significant revenue generation and recruitment activities. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business in Information Processing from Curtin University and has an extensive background in IT consulting from positions held prior to 1993.
