Udara Wijetunge

Udara Wijetunge is an accomplished Solutions Architect and Senior Security Engineer at NEC Australia since April 2018, with a robust background in network engineering and security. Prior experience includes roles at Hostworks as a Senior Network Engineer and Network Engineer from March 2015 to April 2018 and Logi-Tech Pty Ltd as a Network Engineer for a brief period. A significant tenure was spent at the Institute for Telecommunication Research, University of South Australia, where Udara conducted research as a PhD student focusing on Networking. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Senior Network Engineer at Dialog Axiata PLC and as an Engineer at Mobitel (Pvt) Ltd. Udara holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Wireless Networking from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Engineering - Honours in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University of Moratuwa.
