Lisa Riggs

Lisa Riggs has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In their most recent position, they serve as the Vice President of Human Resources at NEC Corporation of America. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Director of Strategic HR Business Partners at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where they led a team of HR business partners and provided talent solutions to support high-growth areas of the business. Lisa has also held various leadership roles at Kohler Co., including Head of HR for Global Power Systems and Global VP of HR for Enterprise Functions. Additionally, they have worked at Invensys, Gexpro Services, Andrew Corporation, HomeTeam Pest Defense, and Dynamex, where they gained experience in HR management, strategic support, and talent acquisition. Lisa Riggs completed their Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Recreation and Tourism from Texas A&M University in 1994. Lisa attended MacArthur High School in Irving from 1983 to 1987.
