Sara Martire has a strong background in design and development for softlines in the entertainment collectibles industry. Sara began their career in 2001 as an Associate Fashion Designer at World Wide Apparel, where they worked until 2004. Sara then joined NECA as the Director of Product Design & Development for Softlines and worked there for ten years. In 2014, they moved to Select Design as a Product Development/ Sourcing Manager before returning to NECA in 2017 as the Director of Design and Development for Softlines.

Sara Martire attended Marist College from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design.
