Caleb Varathaiah has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Caleb started their career at Discovery as a Business Consultant in 2010, where they worked until 2011. Caleb then joined Standard Bank and participated in their Graduate Program from 2011 to 2012. Following that, they worked as an FA Select at Standard Bank from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, Caleb moved to Investec and worked as an External Consultant until 2017. Currently, they are working at Nedbank in the Leveraged Finance team, starting as a Senior Associate in 2017 and later being promoted to Associate Principal.
Caleb Varathaiah completed their education with a Matric degree in 2004 from Durban High School. Caleb then pursued a Bachelor of Business Science in Investment Finance from the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 2005 to 2008. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from MANCOSA between 2014 and 2020.
