Justin Urry has a diverse work experience spanning across different roles and industries. Justin began their career at KPMG South Africa as a Supervisor from November 2008 to November 2009. Justin then ventured into self-employment as a Director from September 2010 to February 2013. Since 2013, they have been working at Nedbank, starting as a Credit Manager from March 2013 to October 2015. Justin then progressed to the role of Senior Credit Manager from November 2015 to December 2016. Following this, they transitioned to the leveraged finance domain and held the roles of Associate Leveraged Finance from January 2017 to October 2018, Senior Associate Leveraged Finance from November 2018 to October 2019, and Principal Leveraged Finance from November 2019 to June 2020. From July 2020 to December 2020, they served as a Credit Executive, specializing in special portfolios. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Leveraged Finance, starting in January 2021.

Justin Urry attended the University of Cape Town from 2001 to 2004, where they pursued a degree in Business Science with a focus on Finance Honours.
