Christine Roberts

Christine Roberts currently serves as the EVP and Chief Operating Officer at Needham Bank, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this, Christine held multiple leadership roles at Citizens Bank from August 2012 to January 2025, including EVP and President of Citizens Pay, where responsibilities included reimagining the consumer lending experience to enhance customer satisfaction and improve P&L performance. Christine's diverse career spans positions at institutions such as Northeast Bank, ResponseLINK, Fidelity Investments, and Fleet Bank, each focused on marketing, product management, and customer engagement. Educationally, Christine holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and CIS from Bentley University.
