Needham Bank
JT Sarno began their professional career at Target in 2007 as an Electronics Team Member, later becoming a Senior Team Leader. In 2013, they transitioned to Wellesley Bank, starting as a Premier Banker and eventually moving up to AVP Analytics & Project Manager. From 2017, JT Sarno continued their growth at Needham Bank, taking on various roles in product marketing and analytics, ultimately reaching the position of Vice President of Marketing Analytics.
JT Sarno attended the University of Rhode Island from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government. JT then pursued a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing & Business Analytics at Babson College from 2015 to 2019.
