Carmen Williams, Ed.L.D. currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Instruction and Innovation at Needham Public Schools since July 2022. Previously, Carmen held the position of Doctoral Candidate at the Harvard University Graduate School of Education from August 2019 to August 2022, and served as Principal at South Bend Community School Corporation for a decade, from August 2009 to August 2019. Additionally, Carmen contributed to academia as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Indiana University South Bend from August 2016 to June 2019. Carmen obtained a Doctor of Education Leadership degree from Harvard Graduate School of Education in May 2022 and completed undergraduate education at Indiana University Bloomington.
