Susannah Hann, MEd, BSN, RN, NCSN, currently serves as the Director of Health Services at Needham Public Schools since July 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Public Health Nurse contact tracer for the Framingham Board of Health and roles as a District Resource Nurse and School Nurse at Framingham Public Schools. Susannah's background also encompasses working as a School Nurse at The Riverbend School and as an educator for Gluten Free Tribe, specializing in gluten-free diets. With extensive experience as a Lactation Consultant at Lactation Home Visits and Jewish Family and Children's Services, Susannah has implemented care plans and educated families on lactation. Beginning a nursing career as a Pediatric Nurse at Boston Children's Hospital, Susannah developed skills in managing complex medical cases. Educational achievements include a BSN from Northeastern University and two Master of Education degrees in School Nursing from Cambridge College.
