Rotem Amitai is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as VP of HR at Neema - Better Than a Bank since April 2025, Rotem previously held the same title at Rivery from October 2022 to April 2025, where contributions included strategic HR support for the CEO and C-Suite, change management, and the integration of the Boomi acquisition. Prior to that, Rotem spent over eight years at Riskified as VP HR and Head of the Global HRBP Team, focusing on empowering eCommerce businesses through effective risk management. Rotem also co-founded LeaA Jewelry, an online fine jewelry store, and holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Consulting & Development from The College of Management Academic Studies, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Reichman University.
