Neema - Better Than a Bank
Tom Sircovich started their work experience in 2011 as an Android Developer at Action Item Software. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an Android team leader, and from 2013 to 2014, they served as the Embedded Group Leader, focusing on software development on embedded systems and SoCs. In 2014, they became the Android/IoT Group Leader at the same company until 2018 when they were promoted to the position of CTO. In 2021, they joined Neema - Better Than a Bank as the VP R&D.
Tom Sircovich attended Tel Aviv University from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science and Economics.

Neema is an app that helps people manage their money as well as send money to other people. Neema is a financial solution for 70 million underbanked Americans. Users download their app, which is a digital wallet, where they can cash their own pay check, send money internationally to their families in 90 countries, and they also provide them with adebit card, which they can use in any store or ATM.
