Colin Donnelly has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Colin started in 2002 as a Quality Control Manager at Sadoff Iron and Metal, where they focused on metallurgy, calibration, and inspection. Colin then moved on to J Stadler Machine Inc in 2003, where they served as the Director of Quality Control, implementing a quality system and managing various quality processes.

In 2011, Colin started their own business, Donnelly Welding LLC, which later became Scorpion Welding LLC. As the Owner/Operator, they specialized in designing and creating custom metal artwork, adhering to city codes and overseeing fabrication.

Colin joined Neenah Enterprises, Inc. in 2013 as an APQP Manager Industrial, responsible for new product launches, program management, and communication with customers. Over the years, they took on additional responsibilities such as managing outside services and overseeing APQP for both Industrial and Infrastructure sectors.

In their most recent role at Neenah Enterprises, Inc., Colin served as a Senior Project Manager, where they were responsible for managing projects across all facilities in the United States. Colin handled tasks such as managing the transfer of heavy truck products to another plant and coordinating the transfer of customer tooling within one location.

Colin Donnelly began their education in 1999 at Marian University of Fond du Lac, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management. Colin successfully completed their studies in 2002.

In 2009, Colin decided to further expand their skill set and enrolled in Moraine Park Technical College. Here, they specialized in Welding Technology/Welder, earning a degree in Welding-Metal Fabrication by 2011.

Colin's educational journey continues, as they plan to pursue a Project Management Professional degree at Purdue University. Colin is expected to commence their studies in 2022, aiming to gain expertise in project management.
