Shakil Gour

Shakil Gour is an experienced professional in the field of payroll and background verification services, currently serving as Vice President at Neeyamo since February 2010. In this role, Shakil is responsible for global payroll product management, deploying and enhancing solutions for large multinational clients. Prior to this, Shakil held various leadership positions at Neeyamo, overseeing global payroll and background verification lines of business, as well as head of payroll support and center management for the Pune Global Delivery Center. Before joining Neeyamo, Shakil worked at Hexaware Technologies as a Transition Manager, focusing on process migration and reengineering. Shakil's educational background includes a degree in Product Management from Duke University and advanced degrees from the University of Mumbai and Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
