Sushant Prabhu

Sushant Prabhu is an experienced professional in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Payroll Transformation at Neeyamo since June 2019, where responsibilities include acting as Product Owner for a global payroll product and managing master database operations. Prior roles include Associate Process Manager and Project Lead at Axis Bank, along with various HR positions at Axis Securities Limited, JW Marriott Hotel Mumbai Sahar, Neeyamo Enterprise Solutions, ITSource Technologies Limited, Adecco India, and Microqual Techno Pvt Ltd. Sushant holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor's in Management Studies from M.H.L. Dahanuka College of Commerce.
