Xin-Ya Lin

Xin-Ya Lin, known as Cyndi, is a Global Business Development Manager at Nefab since December 2022, specializing in strengthening client relationships within the Taiwanese electronics sector across European and U.S. markets. Previously, as a Key Account Manager, Cyndi enhanced local client engagement in Mexico and coordinated cross-functional teams for technical support and project management. Prior to Nefab, Cyndi held positions at Stella International Ltd. managing sustainability programs for Nike, and at Yih Shuo Footwear Co., Ltd. as a Senior Sales Supervisor, implementing efficient business procedures and maintaining strong client relationships. Cyndi's extensive experience includes roles in CSR, sustainability reporting, and administrative supervision across various organizations, supported by an MSc in Sustainable Development from Utrecht University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from National Chung Hsing University.
