Eric Potter

Eric Potter is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in site reliability and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at The N2 Company since April 2021, Eric previously held positions including Senior Infrastructure Engineer at N2 Publishing and Systems Engineer III at Infranet Technologies Group, specializing in high availability infrastructure technologies and Cisco security solutions. Eric's career began in the United States Coast Guard, where significant support was provided for large-scale IT environments. Eric holds a B.S. in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University and has completed various educational programs, including those at Cisco Networking Academy and Stanly Community College.
