Katrina McCree, MA, currently serves as the Chief Community Impact Officer at Neighborhood Service Organization since July 2020 and is the President/CEO of Cree Strategic Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm established in April 2009. With over twenty years of experience in program administration, strategic planning, and project management, Katrina has held various leadership positions in healthcare, including Associate Administrator of Operations at Detroit Medical Center Sinai Grace Hospital and Director of Governmental & Community Affairs. Katrina's diverse background also includes roles in education, business development, and organizational development consulting, further complemented by an M.A. in Human Resource Management from Marygrove College and a B.S. in Communication from Eastern Michigan University.

NSO’s empowering programs and services provide assistance for: older adults with mental illness, children, youth, and adults with developmental disabilities, youth leadership and advocacy training, year-round workforce development for youth, young adults, and their parents, homeless recovery services, housing development, community outreach for psychiatric emergencies, call the hotline for emergency shelter and housing resources in Detroit, training, and volunteer opportunities for individuals, groups, and organizations.
