Susan Craft

Susan Craft is the current Director at the Neighborhood Service Organization. Susan has over 10 years of experience in health administration, with a focus on quality improvement and patient safety.

Previously, Ms. Craft served as Unit Director for the Medical Intensive Care Unit at Henry Ford Health System, where they were responsible for daily operations, financial management, and quality initiatives. Susan also served as Case Manager and Administrative Manager for the Medical Progressive Care Units at William Beaumont Hospital, where they developed processes to improve patient flow and increase outpatient scheduling.

Ms. Craft is a highly experienced health administrator with a proven track record of improving patient care and reducing costs. Susan is a dedicated leader who is committed to providing quality care for all patients.

Susan Craft has a Bachelor's Degree in BSN from Mercy College of Detroit and a Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Central Michigan University.

NSO’s empowering programs and services provide assistance for: older adults with mental illness, children, youth, and adults with developmental disabilities, youth leadership and advocacy training, year-round workforce development for youth, young adults, and their parents, homeless recovery services, housing development, community outreach for psychiatric emergencies, call the hotline for emergency shelter and housing resources in Detroit, training, and volunteer opportunities for individuals, groups, and organizations.
