Michael Pate

Michael Pate serves as the Manager of Franchise Technology at Neighborly® since December 2022. Prior to this role, Michael was the Center Operations Director at Concentra, overseeing a high-volume occupational medicine clinic and leading a team to support significant annual revenue. Michael's prior experience includes positions such as Value Stream Manager at BPL Plasma, where oversight of process improvements for 51 production centers was key, and Center Manager at CSL Plasma, where operational excellence and strategic planning were achieved for a facility with a $5M budget. Earlier in the career, Michael held roles at JPS Health Network, first as Finance Manager, managing extensive revenue operations, and then as Policy Analyst, providing strategic compliance guidance to senior executives. Michael earned an MBA from Regis University and a BBA from McMurry University and holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen.
