Patrick J. Hyland

Patrick J. Hyland has a strong background in franchise development and sales. Patrick J. began their career at Rotobrush International in 1996, where they held the position of Senior Vice President of Sales. During their tenure, they successfully transformed the company from a service-based business into a manufacturing business through innovative R&D efforts. Patrick J. also played a key role in attracting a private equity company to acquire a majority interest in the business. In 2010, Hyland joined Neighborly® as the Vice President of Franchise Development. Patrick J. played a crucial role in building and managing the company's franchise operations, which included 29 brands and over 5,000 franchises serving millions of customers across multiple countries.

Patrick J. Hyland, CFE, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Marketing from the University of Phoenix. Prior to that, they completed over 100 credit hours in Biology/Pre-Med at Minnesota State University, Mankato. In addition to their educational background, Patrick J. Hyland has also obtained the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) certification from the International Franchise Association in January 2014. Patrick J. also holds an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration License from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
