Vijay Kadival

Vijay Kadival has over 21 years of experience in the civil engineering sector, currently serving as Associate Vice President of Market Development for Steel at Neilsoft since June 2005. Vijay has held multiple roles within Neilsoft, including Sr Lead Engineer for both the Steel-Rebar practice and as Group Head for Steel, along with earlier positions as Lead Engineer and Assistant Engineer. Prior to Neilsoft, Vijay worked as an Engineer at Om Steel Solutions and as a Jr. Engineer/Checker at JMS Detailing. Vijay's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from B V B College of Engineering & Technology, Hubli, and a Pre University Course in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Biology from P C Jabin Science College. Primary education was completed at St Mary's School, Hubli.
