Tom Squires has extensive experience in business intelligence and risk operations, currently serving as the Head of Business Intelligence at Neilson Active Holidays since August 2011, where responsibilities include managing the MI team and overseeing the business intelligence platform. Prior roles include Group Risk Operations Manager and Group Risk Coordinator at Enrich Reward Limited, as well as positions at Mercer as a Group Risk Benefits Analyst and Pension Scheme Administrator. Earlier experience includes working as a Transport Operations Coordinator at Minerva Accord Limited and a Stock Controller at Virgin Megastore.
