Rodrigo Baer

Rodrigo Baer is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Upload Ventures since April 2021 and holds multiple board positions, including Board Member at Tipspace, Neivor, WORC, and Digibee, as well as Board Member for the Emerging Venture Capital Fellows and Fellow of the Kauffman Fellows, Class 30. Previously, Rodrigo served as Managing Partner - Early Stage at SoftBank Investment Advisers, where responsibilities included leading early-stage strategies for the LatAm Fund. Education encompasses an MBA in Entrepreneurship, Management, and Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Management and Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Additional academic experience includes a BBA in Business from the Prague University of Economics and Business.
