Rick LeBlanc has served as President and C.E.O. of NELCO since August 1984, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to the organization. Prior to this role, Rick LeBlanc gained leadership experience as a Sargent in the United States Marine Corp from 1978 to 1984. Educationally, Rick LeBlanc holds an MBA in Business from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, as well as a B.S. from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
