Joe Holland has extensive experience in the healthcare packaging industry, currently serving as SVP for strategic growth initiatives and President of Europe at Nelipak Healthcare Packaging since January 2013. Joe's responsibilities include defining the strategic roadmap and driving business strategy to maximize company value. Prior to this role, Joe held positions as Senior VP of Corporate Strategy and General Manager of the Galway facility, as well as General Manager of IRL and VP of Global Strategy. From January 2007 to January 2013, Joe was Business Unit Director and Europe Sales Director at Sealedair Nelipak, where responsibilities included developing strategies for company growth and supervising company activities. Joe's career at Nelipak began in January 1992, culminating in a role as Managing Director before moving into higher leadership positions.
