Ryan Gibbs

Ryan Gibbs has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and control. Ryan started their career at Pharmaxis in 2009, where they worked as a QC Laboratory Assistant and later as a Quality Control Analyst. Ryan gained experience in testing inhalation products, handling samples for microbial testing, data entry and analysis, and laboratory maintenance.

In 2013, Ryan joined Nelsons and worked as a QA Officer, where they were responsible for batch review and release. Ryan later became a QA QMS Officer and then a Quality Assurance Team Leader, managing a team of QA Officers and providing support for new product launches. In their most recent role at Nelsons, Ryan served as the Head of Quality, where they oversaw various responsibilities such as managing a team, liaising with Qualified Person for batch release, leading investigations for manufacturing deviations, and coordinating QMS trend data.

Throughout their career, Ryan has also demonstrated their expertise in implementing electronic processes for customer complaint logging and investigation, as well as supporting the implementation of new business processes. Ryan has collaborated with various departments such as Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, and Qualified Person to ensure compliance and efficiency in quality assurance activities.
