Yaleh Paxton-Harding has extensive work experience in the animation industry. They started their career in 1995 as a BG artist at Phoenix Animation. From 1997 to 2001, they worked as a BG artist at Nelvana Animation, where they painted location colour keys for various TV series. In 2002, they joined Nelvana Animation again, this time as a modeler and TD assembler. They worked on projects such as Santa Claus Brothers and Pecola. In 2004, they worked at Nelvana as an Art Director and Modeling Supervisor. Their responsibilities included providing early colour concept art and supervising modeling. They later joined Corus Entertainment in 2018 as an Art Director for The Most Magnificent Thing short film.
