Julia Roland

Julia Roland has extensive experience in healthcare administration, currently serving as the Administrative Director of Service Lines and Director of Operations at Nemours since July 2014. In these roles, Julia manages eight divisions with a budget of $25 million, oversees 54 physician FTEs and 60 non-physician FTEs, and is responsible for fiscal management within the Department of Pediatrics. Previous positions include Manager of Business Operations and Financial Performance, where Julia handled fiscal operations and directed fellowship programs, and Fellowship Program Coordinator, overseeing the operations of thirteen fellowships. Julia's career also includes experience as a Credentialing Specialist and an Administrative Intern at Union Hospital of Cecil County. Julia holds a Master of Health Administration from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from James Madison University.
