Matt Silva

Matt Silva has a substantial background in the performing arts, currently serving as the Director of Campaign Management at Nemours since March 2025. Prior to this role, Matt served as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer/Managing Director at Delaware Theatre Company from October 2018 to March 2025. Additionally, Matt held the position of Artistic Director at ENDSTATION THEATRE COMPANY from June 2016 to December 2022 and worked as a Junior Producer at PLAYHOUSE PRODUCTIONS INC from May 2015 to September 2018. Matt holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Directing and Theatrical Production from Florida State University (2012-2015) and a Master of Arts degree in Theatre from Villanova University (2007-2009).
