Malcolm Fischer

Malcolm Fischer is a seasoned software developer with a strong background in developing back-end code using Typescript, Node, Apollo GraphQL, and MongoDB. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at Neo Financial since March 2022, Malcolm previously held a software developer position at Pateno Payments Inc. from March 2021 to March 2022, where leadership was demonstrated in the development of a cryptocurrency exchange platform. Prior to that, Malcolm contributed to Digital Commerce Bank from June 2020 to March 2021. Malcolm's early experience includes a research assistant role at the University of Alberta, where enhancements were made to software analyzing dementia progression and web games were re-implemented. Malcolm holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Sciences with a specialization in Software Practice from the University of Alberta, completed in 2019.
