Claire Shorall

Claire Shorall is an accomplished entrepreneur and educator with extensive experience in leadership and mentoring roles. As the Cofounder and CEO of Sway since February 2025, Claire focuses on enhancing voting accessibility. Prior to this, Claire served as the Cofounder and CEO of Topknot, a personal development platform for women, from February 2020 to November 2024. Claire also held the position of Head of Business Operations at Medley, an enterprise group coaching platform, from October 2023 to August 2024, and worked as a Field Organizer for Harris for President during the 2024 campaign. Claire has been an Accelerator Mentor and Principal at Neo since September 2017, supporting young engineers and fostering tech entrepreneurship. Claire's earlier career included a managerial role at the Oakland Unified School District, where a district-wide vision for computer science education was developed, and recognition for outstanding teaching through the Alumni Award for Excellence in Teaching from Teach For America. Claire's educational background includes a degree from Rice University earned between 2005 and 2010.
