Charles Dolan

Charles Dolan currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Neo4j, a leading graph database and connected data analytics platform. Previously, Charles held various roles at Amazon, including Senior Program Manager and Program Manager for Alexa Smart Home, where responsibilities included launching the Dash Replenishment Service in Europe and managing business development in the grocery sector. Earlier experience includes a summer analyst position at Endeavor, where Charles conducted extensive research on the technology ecosystem in New York City. Charles holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BSc in International Business with Spanish from the University of Warwick.
