Justin Kinser

Justin Kinser is an experienced sales leader with a strong background in technology and business management. Currently serving as RVP Sales for the West at Neo4j since February 2025, Justin has previously held key positions such as Area Vice President at Elastic and Group Vice President at New Relic, Inc., where responsibilities expanded over various regional roles. Earlier in career, Justin gained valuable experience as a Sr Director at Cisco and RVP Sales at Oracle. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and an Information Technology Certification, both from Golden Gate University.
