Neochim AD (Neochim PLC) is a Bulgaria-based company engaged in the production and distribution of non-organic and organic chemical products, the implementation of scientific and research work, engineering and commercial activities. Through its production facilities, grouped in nitro fertilizer complex, organic production, repair and mechanical works, railway station and infrastructure, the Company produces and distributes ammonia, nitric acid, ammonium, sodium nitrate and nitrite, ammonium bicarbonate, formalin and urea-formaldehyde resins, as well as non-standard equipment and spare parts. The Company distributes its products domestically and abroad, including such countries as France, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Greece, Macedonia and Romania, among others. As of December 31, 2012, the Company's major shareholder was Eko Tekh AD with a stake of 24.37%.
