Randall Hand is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software architecture and engineering across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Software Architect at Neocis since March 2025, Randall focuses on modernizing dental practices through robotics, AI, and computer vision. Previous roles include Senior Director of Software Engineering at Apptronik and VP of Engineering & Distinguished Software Architect at eMed Digital Healthcare, where efforts centered on democratizing healthcare and developing software architecture for eCommerce and ERP systems. Randall's notable tenure at Magic Leap involved multiple leadership positions, culminating in the development of cloud products and the "MagicVerse" prototypes. A founder of VizWorld.com, Randall also has a robust background in visualization systems from positions at Lockheed Martin, CSC, and MAKO Surgical Corp. Holding a Master’s degree in Scientific Visualization & Computer Graphics, along with a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Randall combines technical expertise with a commitment to innovative solutions.
