Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong skills in revenue management, team leadership, key account management, product development, and business planning.

Fernando Coelho pursued their Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Estadual do Centro-Oeste from 2003 to 2007. Fernando then continued their education with a series of executive certificates and master's degrees in Business Administration and Management from various institutions, including FIA, Vanderbilt University, and Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, from 2014 to 2016.
