Con Papadakis has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Con is currently the Managing Director Oceania at NEOLITH since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at COSENTINO for 8 years, holding various roles including Regional Director Oceania from July 2017 to June 2021, Area Manager East Australia in 2017, and National Commercial and Sales Project Manager from November 2013 to January 2017. Before joining COSENTINO, Con worked at Gosford Quarries as a Project Estimator & Marketing from April 2008 to November 2013. Con started their career at Fletcher Landscapes as a Tradesman/Leading Hand from January 2004 to March 2008.
Con Papadakis attended Trinity Catholic College from 1998 to 2003. Con then went on to obtain a Certificate 3 in Horticulture/Landscape Construction from TAFE NSW from 2004 to 2006.
